Looking for a glove box door with lock

If anyone can point me in the right direction to buying a glove box door for a 89" Crown Vic that would be greatly appreciated. I'm having a very tough time trying to find one, and the junkyards around my area don't have any Crown Victoria's in or around that year. Right now its being held up with a piece of bungee cord because the lock broke to the door and the springs actually shot out so there's no hope for that. Please help!

So your door is fine? it is just the latch mechanism housing the keyhole etc that is broken?

You just need the lock/latch mechanism. I'm not sure what else it was used in but I know that it was used in other vehicles. The one I got the seller said came out of a jeep.
Check this thread out for replacing the thing: http://www.grandmarq.net/vb/showthre...love-box-latch

The "Help" section of your auto parts store either has it or can order it. It comes in Black without a key. Average price is under $10
