    oh yeah... double check the connections to it though. Also, I can't remember if you have ATC or not, it could be the connection to the blower cutout or the blower itself. If all the wires pan out, then yeah... probably the blower... it has an internal overheat cutout and it may have gone out. You may have to drop the inner fender rear half to get at the bottom left bolt on the blower. My blower on my 88 just open circuit failed somehow. Replaced that a few months back.
