Did all of the 90 Colony Park Wagons come with 11 inch rear brakes?
Yes, 11 inch for wagons.
Sedans got 10 inch, although I'm not certain that applies to police and taxi equipped (and other option packages?) which may have also been equipped with 11 inch rear drums.

Supposed to be 11", but not impossible someone put a sedan rear in. Confirm first, dumb things happen occasionally

Someone on here had a super base model 86 wagon IIRC and it had the 10” brakes. But all above are correct. All wagons *should* get the 11” drums. Assembly error and junkyard swaps are not impossible however.
