Stupid rain

scott and I pulled a rear end from a car at the local pull a part the weekend hurricane Charlie hit Atlanta, back August of 2005.
it was wet and sloppy, but we got it done!

When we got to EZ Pull on Sunday and it was raining like crazy, I wasn't feeling well. I was thinking... ''I can't believe these people are going to go in there in the rain.''

The sane ones decided to go and eat, and see if the rain would let up in the meantime (which it did). When Gabe and Ivan pulled in, and Ivan was like "I'm staying, I want to get my shit", I was laughing.

It was raining like crazy. My tent got flooded, Petes was blown over about 10 feet then crumpled all up into a ball. I think pete grabbed a Picture of that. Sure was funny seeing that disaster. lol

The sky opened up just long enough for us to soak in sweat from the humidity at EZ Pull. It began to rain JUST as we left. I scored a pretty damn nice turn signal lens, the lower chrome trim next to the grille, and some SWEET cupholder arm rests out of a mid-90's Town Car that I'll dye black when I dye everything else.

I took a few pics (not as much as I should, as I look back now) that I'll post when my busy bullshit dies down enough for me to pull everything off the camera.

i must have just missed the guys at the yard....

i left a little after 12. i was wet, cold, and tired of walking uphill. i scored a few good things. there were plenty of boxes there so im sure the guys had some good picking.
