    Well, the official Ford way doesn't have you pull the dash. They tell you to remove the entire heater plenum assembly through the bottom. Its actually more annoying to do this than to pull the dash because you have to deal with all the vacuum lines and all that crap.

      which way is the best way to do it yourself for the less experienced.
