You can add about 20-more to those #'s with a stick!(5spd)
    Do it with a 5spd!

I wanted to try my hand at porting my own junkyard intake "elbow"? that seems to be a HUGE restriction in the intake by looking at it.

Yeah, I know these automatics can eat up the HP, but...I don't know how to drive a stick. Methinks I should learn how to drive a manual-equipped car before converting my DD to one, lol.

It probably wouldn't be hard to port one of these things, if you have a dremel and the proper attachment. I chose to have Chris @ ADTR do it for me, tho. I think that Metroplex (on CVN, of course) had a step-by-step how-to on this. Haven't looked at it in ages tho.

a manual isn't hard to learn, i picked it up in a few days

my truck is a 5-speed, i bought it as a daily driver and that's what i learned on

i think it's good that i learned to drive a big heavy stickshift first, makes driving small cars much easier

Yeah, I third or fourth learning how or getting a manual. Much more involved driving and the ladies find it sexy.
