New to the Forum and to Ford in General. I am commonly a GM dude (owned 4 Chevys, 3 Pontiacs, 2 Buicks, 1 Olds) except for a short stint driving a VW Jetta (used it to learn standard driving). I now own a 97 Grand Marq GS and so far I have been pleased. It spent most of its life in Fort Myers Florida being driven by some old dude. It made its way to Maine a few months ago and has 48,000 original miles. It is totally original except for the solar tinting applied to the windows. It even has the original Michelin tires Ford installed when new (really rough shape). I paid 300 under KBB value for it (2,700).
