Just wanted to say Hi & Thank You for this terrific site. Wish I would've found it a few years ago. My name is Pat, & I have an '88 Colony Park that we're sorting out the little gremlins on, and so far, most of them have been solved by the wealth of info & knowledge here on this site. (No heat @ floor, up & down idle, PCV filter screen, etc.) My wife drove this car for 7yrs. but after the 2nd radiator & 3rd water pump in 3yrs.(of course in the dead of winter) I said "I'm done with it!" Well, once it warmed up, my son asked "if he could fix it, could he have it" and I said OK. Turned out the last problem was a split bypass hose (she never let the car get to operating temp, too many short trips) But anyways, this is the kids 1st ride, he thinks it's cool (family truckster) and I would like to thank you all for helping make this thing a dependable daily driver.

my car starts and it has AC. Yours doesn't start and it has no AC. Seems obvious to me.

Nice, another kid (or father of a kid, in this case) with a panther as their first ride.
Welcome and I hope it ends up treating your son well.
