I'm new here! I have an 2001 GM LS with the y(t pipe). Basically the two banks merge to one and exit on the passenger side out the back. Does anyone know the diameter of this piping??
should be 2". There is a factory H pipe that replaces the Y to give you dual exhaust. Its a worthwhile upgrade if you're looking for better performance, or even replacement exhaust components.

Everything looks like voodoo if you don't understand how it works
So the first set of cats, runs down into the resonators, and then about 6-8 inches after that i have a flange. Does this H pipe connect straight into those flanges?

Only 2 inches?! Sheesh... My Sentra's exhaust is 1-7/8 in diameter! No wonder you guys reap so much power from exhaust mods!
