Thanks for the o-ring replacement steps - it looks like a pain, but if I am moving to Utah, I am DEFINITELY going to want cold A/C coming out where it should!

Hey, if anyone is still watching, or sees this... I did the O-Ring replacement on the EATC this past weekend, and am still getting some movement to the Defroster under heavy acceleration. Any Recommendations? I made sure to follow the procedures, and was not too generous or too stingy on the Dielectric grease when putting the actuators back in. It is about 50% better, I just want that other 50%!
Thanks!

The check valve at the firewall under the hood. Should be at the vacuum tree about left of center on the firewall under the hood, and have two skinny vacuum lines coming off of it on one end and a fat one on the other. Also, check the vaccum line to the rectangular box on the driver inner fender. If that line isn't connected or has a leak, it'll do the same thing. If the box is cracked... same thing.
