I think I need hardened push rods for the beehive springs. Does anyone know the stock length so I can order the right ones?

I ran stock push rods in the 306 I built for my 88GM. it had beehive springs from crane as well as a .530" lift cam. stock pushrods and lifters worked fine, even during the 5,500 RPM pulls on the chassis dyno.2003 Town Car Signature - 3.27 RAR, Dual exhaust and J-mod - SOLD 9/2011

Thanks for the opinions, guys. I didn't think I needed them, but a builder told me I would. He kept bringing up RRs, though, so no matter what I said I'm pretty sure he was stuck on the idea I'm running rollers, which would make a difference. I guess.
I'll do the spring swap ASAP and post up some pictures... then I'll be able to put it on a dyno, too!! Woot!
Hey, 88grandmarq- how did you get yours on? I hear normal spring compressors won't fit 'em.2011 Mustang GT Premium, MT82, Kona/Saddle, HIDs, 3.73s, 19s, hood/side stripes, UPR 1.5" springs with adjustable panhard bar, and UMI solid LCAs and relocation brackets.

If you use pedestal mount roller rockers you dont need guide plates. if you use stud mount roller rockers then you will need guide plates and hardened pushrods.http://secondhandracing.com/Home.aspx
