Are you saying that the side electrode is white? If so, the mixture could be too lean, or the heat range of the plug may be too hot. Are you experiencing any detonation?
FYI...if the mixture was too rich, the plug would look black and sooty.
Do all the plugs look like this or just #1?

I just pulled number one cause it wasent firing. Umm I did have a bit of a prob earler as well But i fixed it allready, she flooded out. So i rembered someone saying If you keep your foot mashed all the way down on the gas it will stop it. So i did that with a Broco hooked up to my batt. and Fired her off. When i did I gave her hell.
So whats it look like if it where to lean? And yup the electriode. LOL
People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people.
If it's lean, it will most likely look like you're describing. White and probably a little shiny. Look at the porcelain insulator on the inside of the plug. On a normal plug it should be tan or gray, but if it's been running too hot, it'll be more white.

Watch for other problem symptoms like in the picture above. Heck, just watch for normal plug appearance (gray/tan).

your fule mixture will make it lean, if you have cfi you may have plogged injecters not squrting as much gas as needed, or if you have a carb you could turn up the fule mixture valve to get more fule, you could also have a vaccume leak causing it to suck more air, (meaning your fule mixture would be more lean)
vacuum leaks mostly. CFI will auto-tune the mix to be ideal but if its lean on only one cylinder, I'd suspect leaky intake gasket. If the injectors were clogged, it would make multiple cylinders lean. You can get an idea of how clogged they might be by watching the spray. If it looks like a spray pattern from a spray bottle in good condition, then its ok. If it kind of spits out in a few dribbles, the injectors are screwed up.
