I finally got that fucker started!!!!!!!!!!
All of a sudden it dawned on me last night that I forgot to plug in the inerta switch ( I think that is what it is called) That controls the fuel pump, plugged it and and she fired right away! Thanks for all the help though guys.2000 Mustang GT "Blondie", 2000 CVPI "Sargent Crusty"

I love inertia switches. One night I'd had mine unbolted for some reason and hadn't bothered to bolt it back in place before driving somewhere. Some idiot frat boys crossed the street right in front of me, I stopped in a hurry, heard the inertia switch swing around back there, and the car died, so I got to get out of the car right there in front of said idiots, walk around back, and push the silly inertia button.2012 Mazda5 Touring | Finally working on the LTD again!

We had an older taurus with the inertia switch in it. One night driving around a sharp turn a bowling ball in the trunk was enough to trip the switch and cut power to the fuel pump. That was fun to figure out.
Once had to find the switch on a Lincoln LS some redneck decided to drift but ended up in the dirt bouncing around and had that oh shit look on his face.-Matt

Does not make sense that you heard the fuel pump running and the plugs were wet if the inertia switch was unplugged. It shouldn't have pumped. Glad its running now, whatever it was.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).

Yeah I hear you there. Well I didn't hear the pump priming but my friend that was under there told me it was. Maybe he didn't know what I was talking about, he is kind of a dumbass. lol2000 Mustang GT "Blondie", 2000 CVPI "Sargent Crusty"
