check the tps, and set it up so you have 1 volt with the key on engine off
when i visited atlanta in september, eric and i installed a 65 mm throttle body on my car and he set the tps up for me.........it runs much smoother now, absolutely no surging idle.
also check all the vacuum lines, and if it's been more than 60.000 miles on the o2 sensors, replace them
    good luck!
