Mmm, found my carb as well :P but i wont be able to get it this weak. Instead ill half to get some other small things. or start saving. And i rather get other small things.

What is the difrence between Non Ajustable floats and ajustable ones?

Besides the non ajustable ones are more pricey.

Humm, found another question. Im not sure if you guys can tell. But im gonna go for H.O. thus the 4bbl. And im looking at umm water pumps at the moment and behind evrey tag ( listing description) it has taged C.F.I. if i get one with that tag will it work still with a 4bbl?

Also. would it be smart to save up for a aluminum water pump? ( woldent rust at least )

I think thats all my questions for the moment. Im not sure what a lokar tv cable/linkage/sonnac tv adaptor pertains to. but. I know i need it. are the carb parts? or well, any one able to tell me what to look under?

:P, Scott Mang went over a few things with me. My new wish list is.

cam,lifterkit/timing set,timing gasket set,intake manifold/carb/intake gasket./harmonic balancer/water pump/lokar tv cable/linkage/sonnac tv adaptor.

Duraspark Distibotor/Module - Find This in a 78 cougar hehe.

Gonna be a whille i can tell before i have any of this stuff. :P

And eh. I rather just buy a few extra... I never have been able to make a gap smaller. Ive herd folks say they just hit it and what not.. But that dosent work so well for me.. Ill bang the fool out of one and nada.

Other thing im thinking about geting is a better Distrubuter. ^_^ wactha mang's think? Worth it or nada?

My debt should be tru with as of today. Next weak ( besides sending grandma a tid bit of change ) i will no longer be poor and can focus on Saving money for large parts and. Buying small parts as i get funds.

8 - 10 plugs ( Incase i over gap and cant get them to go down )

Better Wires.

A Coil - Don't know what kind me and Johnnie talked about it one time but no locale shop had the type we talked about.

Water Pump.

Timing Chain.


Mkay. Now. I don't want to spend money out my ass. at Napa for all of this. But i want good Parts. Like really good parts.

So i need advise on where to get my stuff at. Im kinda a tard at window shopping. Due to i don't know whats worth what + the quality of the parts from said places.

I do know this though! No god demn auto Zone. fuc em

you don't need to get extra sparkplugs if you gap them too much. just hit it down.

If you get the plug gap too large, you'll have no problem squeezing it back down. Reducing the plug gap is almost easier than enlarging it.

As for where to get the parts, I know a lot of guys on here deal through RockAuto. I've never bought anything from them, but from what I hear, they're pretty good. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php
