    heater core replacement?

hey mangs! i'm making my first attempt at replacing a heater core in a 1984 grand marquis, no climate control. does anyone have information that would help me out? it looks as though i have to remove the dash but if i don't have to i'd rather not, before i start tearing into it can someone give me a few steps or point to a page or diagram? thanks guys!

Oh and be sure to put the emergency brake on and chock the wheels so you don't get ran over by your car like another person I know.

no thanks, i'll just keep mine bypassed and get a small electric heater to defog the windshield.

no like you really need any heat out in arizona except maybe the summer nights

if you are gonna bypass the heater core... might as well bypass the EGR also.
