factory radiator comparison

I was pricing new radiators on oreillyauto.com.

It lists the replacement for my 89 GM at $124. I looked up a crown vic, and depending on the options you can get the same one for $124. They also list one for $164, and a HD one for $264, which I assume is the cop one.

What's the story on the $164 one?

CU227 is a plastic tank 1 row
CU547 is a all metal 2 row
CU552 is a all metal 3 row

The 1 row & 3 row both use the same mounting brackets, the 2 row mounting brackets are smaller.

rockauto & autozone have the 3 row at a much better price.
