Will this work on my 90...What is the diffrence between duraspark and regular

it says it's for points and duraspark ignitions, your 90 doesn't have either.. will it still work? your guess is as good as mineGive a man a fish and he will be fed for a day. i doubt its going to work. i have a duraspark distrubutor on the 302 in my maverick and it looks a bit diffrent then whatever is on my marq. it says its only good on cars up through 84 anyway and you say you have a 90?
plus its just a cap with a name brand on it, your not going to notice and drastic diffrence in anything. unless you just want that cool red msd cap for looks lol
look at whatever cap they sell in the late 80's 5.0 mustang section. that'll probably be the one

They make one for a TFI dizzy. Get the one for 86-93 Mustang.1983 Grand Marquis 2Dr Sedan "Mercules"

yea 86-93 mustang is what u need......that kit you posted the link to has the oldschool rotor
1986 lincoln towncar signature series. 5.0 HO with thumper performance ported e7 heads, 1.7 roller rockers, warm air intake, 65mm throttle body, 1/2" intake spacer, ported intakes, 3.73 rear with trac lock, 98-02 front brake conversion, 92-97 rear disc conversion, 1" rear swaybar, 1 3/16" front swaybar, 16" wheels and tires, loud ass stereo system, badass cb, best time to date 15.94 at 87 mph. lots of mods in the works 221.8 rwhp 278 rwt

I have a Duraspark cap on a 1990 460, fits fine but the rotor is different.1990 LTD Crown Vic w/ dead 5.0

Thats actually what I use. Accel ones are tan. The one on my car may be a Napa part, but it could be Duralast. Its grey, picked mostly because it was grey and I wanted it to match the stock grey distributor.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
