Flywheel/flexplate weight on the 5.0?

I know there is a specific balance weight that the Ford small blocks use. I also remember one is 28oz. and one is 50oz. I also remember they changed during or around 1982. However, I can't for the life of me remember which was used before and which was used after. It's driving me nuts.

So I'll keep this simple:

Which does my 1988 Lincoln Town Car use?

82 and newer 5.0L are 50oz imbalance

early 302/5.0L and 351/5.8L are 28oz imbalance
