Hey MattsGrandMarquis, if you want some good ideas on where to go and what might be involved in getting a carb on that 351, there's a good thread here http://www.grandmarq.net/vb/showthread.php?t=33429 about my ideas for putting a 4-barrel on my variable venturi-topped 351, which is probably what your engine started life as. There are a few guys in that thread who have personally done the swap weighing in.
