63 - tps voltage low, prob a bad tps or the tabs broke so its not actually moving with the throttle butterfly
98 - hard fault. not quite sure what that one is, might show up if you've just had the battery unhooked and the engine hasnt been started and run before checking for codes, or it may indicate some sort of wiring problem.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
