    Gaskets and bolts (upper intake).

I'm assembling everything for my upper intake to ease the actual labor cost for my HO conversion. The main parts are the upper intake, EGR spacer, EGR valve, TPS, IAC and throttle body. Where can I find all of the gaskets and bolts required?

I have the stock upper plenum bolts, if you need them. I'm not using them since I'm running a 1" phenolic spacer.

I'm going to be running a spacer. I haven't decided which spacer to run, but most of them come with bolts. What bolts or studs are needed for the EGR spacer and TB? (I remember 13mm studs for some reason).

I used the FRPP 1/2" spacer, and I recommend it.

It is M9486A51, and is $40.70 from:

I did buy one on ebay first, which cost less than $30, but didn't care for its quality, so bought the FRPP part.

The studs for the EGR spacer and throttle body should be in the intake already. If not, just steal the ones from your lopo intake. Gaskets can be had at any auto parts store with half an ounce of common sense. Just ask for the gaskets for like a 1988 Mark VII, that way you get the correct throttle body and EGR spacer gaskets for the HO upper.

Did the FRPP piece come with the right bolts? The TrickFlow spacer I ordered said you need to get two longer bolts if using the Explorer intake. I'm like, "Why didn't you fucking include them?!"

Yes, it came with the rights bolts - but I used a HO upper.

I can't comment on the applicability to the explorer upper, as I just don't know that answer!
