    So where in Canada was my '82 made?

      I found out, it was made in Oakville, Ontario Canada.

        So Crown Vics weren't made in St. Louis? I kinda thought it was strange they only had Mercs on there...but the page says Ford and Mercs...

          I read that too. Could have been made both places. In my VIN #, the assembly plant code (position 11) is B, which is Oakville.

          UPDATE
          Apparently, they were made both places. There is an '83 CV 2-dr on eBay right now. I decoded it's VIN and it was indeed manufactured in St. Louis. The VIN code for St. Louis is Z.
