Other than swapping to a mustang FEAD setup is there a way to add an auto tensioner to at least the passenger FEAD?

I would think pulling the bracket off, drilling a hole for the tab on the tensioner and a hole for the nut and welding a nut to the back side and you're golden. Then add said tensioner in place and roll with it. But short of redesigning all the brackets to hold the passenger side stuff up with the driver side stuff, you're not going to get that function on the driver side stuff.

Another question is would you get enough tension with the spring. Honestly for as infrequently as I screw with the belts, the manual tensioner doesn't bother me. If I was to add one somewhere, I'd rather it be on the alternator side since thats the one that tends to scream and need to be stupid tight.86 Lincoln Town Car (Galactica).
