    Exhaust Q

    I hope to mate a 2.5" flowtube/muffler/tailpipe assembly to a stock Mustang 2.25" H-pipe.
It looks like the ball flanges will bolt together. Does anyone know if it will leak?

    Thanks Guys

it might, but cutting the flanges off and using a 2.25 to 2.5 band clamp or weld on adapter would definitely work better.

Should be fine, we put so many 2.5" catbacks on mustangs with stock h-pipes, never had any trouble
