    What are these rings you speak of? Sorry I've never had to deal with such specific wheel specs before. There are a few sets of American racing wheels around, little more than I wanted to spend but may have to roll with it

      Hub centric rings.
      Generally it's a good idea for the wheel to fit snug around the hub, and if the center bore of your wheel is larger than the hub diameter, hub centric rings can be used to center the wheel properly on the hub.

      By no means necessary in most scenarios, but they're cheap and generally a smart thing to use.
