A massive one too - I'm getting less than 10mpg around town even though I take my time accelerating and don't race no one, I have to pretty much floor the gas to get the car to move, and then if I back off it starts slowing down real fast, has no inertia at all. Tire pressure set to 45psi (C-load truck tires), engine runs on synthetic Mobil 1 oil and filter, oil and ATF withing correct ranges on dipsticks, brakes don't drag. It's getting ridiculous already, not only am I paying shitload of money for gas, but today when leaving the bonfire at school I had to nail it to get going and security decided I'm showing off and are after my head again! Any ideas what the hell is going on with the damn car?

Not as bad as when she's in D, but sill worse than anything I've driven, including my truck with them bigass tires. Also I had the chance to drive a 2001 ex-CVPI, she was rolling real nice even when in gear. My tires ain't got no studs no more, and they are smaller than the swampers on the Chevy, and they are actually overinflated compared to the FoMoCo recommendations.

you sure a caliper or a wheel cyl isnt hanging up? parking brake stuck? how bout the wheel bearings? bearings in the rear, universal joints.......check all those things could be the transmision too

Do you still have the air shocks on that car? Is the car lifted as a result? I want you to conduct an experiment: I want you to let all of the air out of the shocks, and then test-drive it again. If it fixes the drag, let me know immediately...and I will tell you what happened.
