16-21T driven gears are OEM gears (16&18T gears are discontinued) 23T driven gear is aftermarket.

you are correct... 20T driven gear for auto transmission is orange.

Okay, so it must just be the 22 tooth driven gear that isn't available. Or can that be had too?

Ok so I don't know If I'm retarded or just missing something, but I can't see where any speedo gear of any kind can fit in my tranny. The only thing on my tail housing is this, and a shaft with a magnet that goes into it.

I think your sensor broke....pic is a bit fuzzy but it doesn't look right. Looks rigged.

Almost looks like glue or something...

Was there a bolt and a fork you needed to remove to get the sensor out?

Yea there was a fork, which I thought would simply be holding a gear in. I guess I was wrong. Is it because it's not a cable driven speedo, or would that not matter? I'll try to get a better pic tomorrow.

it shouldn't matter, whether or not it's cable driven. The sensor is the same, the non-cable driven has a cap where the cable goes. I'm pretty sure the sensor is broken on yours. You should be able to get the rest of it out with a screw... and just get another one.

Well I tried it again, and it all came out in one piece. The O-ring was all cracked and someone RTV'd it in place. I cleaned it all off and found the right size O-ring.

I think it's fine now. The purple gear is also pretty close, it's about 5mph slow at 55 which is much better than it reading 75 at 55. Thanks again for all the help.

                        Sounds like you really needed a 19 tooth gear. ( (5/55) * 21 = 1.9, so you probably need 1.9 fewer teeth)
