    ah speaking of this....the gas gauge works on and off now...checked the wiring and connections again. But it seems to have a memory. When i fill it up it goes back to the place where it was before fill up...any ideas? maybe the sender is sticking?

      It's possible. Try shaking the car, see if it moves the gauge.

        Or park on a hill or slanted or something.
