    Yeah your dash looks nice, Im debating whether to change the accessory lights that come on under the dash when the door is open to blue as well, If I don't like it I can always swap em back I suppose.

      If you want the ultimate in excessively detailed information, you want a factory shop manual. I'm not sure if the 1991 book has the engine overhaul stuff in it, or if thats in a seperate poweertrain book but the Ford manuals are excellent. They're kind of overwhelming in the amount of detail they have though. If you just want basic torque specs, a Chilton or Haynes or whatever will give you that.
