Cruise Control and Horn Not working. Fuses are all good.

My cruise control and my horn are not working. I checked all the fuses and they're all good. What else could cause the horn and cruise control to not work at the same time or individually?

Also may be a bad horn relay. The cruise on button gets it's positive signal across the horn relay coil.

Is there any other wiring or connector between the ignition column and the horn or cruise control that could be loose or disconnected?

Probably a bad horn relay. You're right. I'll check.

I just fixed a broken wire inside the steering column of my 88 LTC this past weekend.
There are 3 wires (light blue, purple and black) that follow up the ignition lock cylinder side of your steering column and connect to your slip rings on the 'back' of the steering wheel. The black is ground for both cruise control and the horn.
The purple wire was partly broken off due to the tilt wheel being moved up and down often, so my horn would only work when my steering wheel was in the tilted up position.
I soldered the wire back together and now my horn works regardless of where the tilt wheel is positioned.
I think the blue wire is the power wire for the cruise control (by process of elimination lol)
If your relays and stuff are fine then check these wires as it's an easy, cheap fix. Hope this helps!
