    Possibly the quickest way to get a bumper off is to bring a 15mm whatever and remove the two bolts that hold the bumper mounts inside the frame. Unfortunately, that method can lead to annoyances if that end of the frame is rusted in inconvenient places.
    i got my 15mm and my 1/2 ratchet ready.
