It will require lots of other work to make them fit.

clear tailights? different types of tailights for a 2000 GM? I haven't found many exterior accessories.

The front fascia was redesigned in 2003. If you had an 03+ Marquis it would all be direct bolt ons. Since you don't you would need to get everything to make it work (ie: header panel, front bumper cover, headlights, grille).

The tail lights "should" fit, but don't hold me to that.

You could always tint the taillights yourself..

theres this prduct called "Nightshades" im not sure where to get it, but you can tint them yoursself if you take your time...

Yup.

Nite Shades is made by VHT. I know summit sells it, but your local automotive store may have it.
