    Led Fog Light Ideas

I am getting some Led fog/spotlights for the wagon. I cant think of a good spot to mount them. The roof rack is too far back, so thats out. And putting them on the door pillar would look odd.

I was thinking about putting them behind the grille, but if I were to do that, I would probably hack the grille up and put them in Mustang style.

    Thoughts?

    What year is the wagon?

Maybe you could pick up an early "S" grill and turn the in grill turn signals into fog lights?

Bummer. So even the grills aren't interchangeable?

Correct. I wanted to do that years back and then the guys on here told me it is not compatible. I also seen in person a few LTD -S models to confirm the difference myself.

Its a shame too, because some grilles are easier to find than others.

Before you go to the effort in installing fog lights/spot lights, check your state's vehicle code regulations regarding lights.
There are height limits, brightness limits. It would be a bummer if you installed the lights, got cited then had to remove them.

they arent for daily use. Its for camping/fishing. Im not worried about laws here, everything is pretty lax.
