Anabelle these days...(1989 Lincoln Town Car SS w/306)

She's gonna need a transmission built for a higher horsepower motor to fully realize her potential, but shes still a blast to drive. I get around 15 MPG mixed city and highway. 19MPG all highway I'd expect. I never dynoed her, but I'm thinking 300hp is possible. She needs a computer chip as the stock computer is highly inadequate.

Ahh man I've been meaning to get around to getting it put on there, over Christmas break for sure.

Don't have an underdrive pulley, thats the stock one heheh. If my digital gauges ever give out I'll fab up something like that mang.

Is that a regular license-plate or does "HSSSS" have a special meaning?

It means Hiss, like a snake, cuz its a Cobra engine. We're not actually required to have a front plate in NC, but I keep this one on here in memory of my uncle, it was his plate on his 96' cobra.

you should get an U/D pulley...gets rid of the whine as the motor revs up.
Since your not running AC or Smog, you can use the same one as me...from March Performance...but you will have to do something to make it stick forward about 3/8". Otherwise you will shred your belt in 1 day.
I just used 2 washers and a nut and I haven't had any problems.
                            here's teh size comparison
