Nice!!! Classic combo; Highland green (or something closely shaded to that color) and bullit wheels. Looks good on that car. What are you running for an exhaust? And what mods have you done to the MGM?
thanks! i ordered a set of plain black centre caps from americanmuscle.com, then i took them to a local sign shop and had them make up some mercury logos in a metallic silver. they turned out really good, i was quite impressed with the results.

thanks alot! the colour is the original medium willow metallic, not particularly my favourite colour, but it's grown on me, and the wheels just make it look even better, IMO. as far as exhaust, i have a custom cat back, with 2 1/4" pipes and an x-pipe. i'm currently finishing the front half off with headers and 2 1/2" mandrel bent pipes and hi-flow cats. by the time i'm done it'll be a fully custom exhaust. other than that, mods are fairly standard bolt-ons. more serious upgrades are in the future, including a 5.4 triton.

I would love to see that; especially on what you would do for an ECM. Though your car is new enough that you should have little probelms other then shoehorning that engine where the 4.6L used to reside.

from what i've seen, it's not too bad of a swap. the only major things needed, to the best of my recollection, are either adapters for the 4.6 intake manifold or for a few hundred bones more, a 5.4 hardball'r intake from HPS. also, all the ecm really needs would be a custom program made or a dyno tune or both. there's quite a few guys on CVN who have done the swap, and love it. IMO it's the engine that should've gone into the car in the first place.
