No burnouts... new tires. Saab 900s did not have a turbo,, but I believe it was offered with one.

Stripping the HO intake so I can start polishing. The stripper works well, but I am getting a headache and I'm doing it outside with a mask. I think I am going to take a break.

Out of work at 4pm so I took a ride around and scored some pics.

A guy on a harley and his wife gave me a compliment on the car. as I walked away he was talking about how he liked the rims and his wife said "You could fit 5 teenage girls in the back seat of that thing." that made my day.

Wee bit faster than my 91 was stock. Could only muster a 11.5 which is like a 17.9 ish.

                      missing second...

did that a lot in the suzuki esteem I used to have... mainly because the gear shaft main bolt was broken and the gears were bouncing around inside the trans for a few thousand miles. When I finally took it into a dealer that knew what the hell they were doing (360 miles past the factory warranty - thank God I got the extended warranty), I didn't even have second gear and 3rd was getting bad.

Hoping I can break 17 when I get the HO upper on and throw the new rear gears + trak lok in. Looking at 3.73s. I will get that done this summer and take her up again.
