Maybe there's a line that didn't seal in the cold, but is sealing now in the warmer weather as things expand?

160KMs 600cfm holley, shorty headers, 2.5" catted exhaust, 255/295 tires, cop shocks, cop swaybars, underdrive pulley, 2.73L gears.
waiting for install: 3.27's, Poly bushings, boxed rear arms, 2500 stall converter, ported e7's, etc

Probably one of the lines you messed with is now sealing properly. I've had that happen too.

wow that's a nice Mark VI.
Interior is amazing on it, the outside is in great shape and the exhaust sounds pretty good.
Is that Canyon Red? My dad's Mark V was the same color.

Well I have narrow'd my headlight door problem down to the headlight switch. If i smack the dash around the switch after the lights turn off. the doors stay down without creeping open at all. And if i don't they creep open after about 20 mins. So I am assuming the vacuume siloniod in the switch is sticking, Im going to pull it out on the weekend and try to clean it up a bit.

Also my future plans for the car are:
-Rear sway bar (Needs this badly)
-Next winter pull the engine to freshion it up clean and paint it and clean and paint the frame
-16" HPP's possably (Not sure yet. I kind of like the original colour key'd turbines) Have the HPP's just need to find tires
-Get the grill re chromed, and other misc parts.
                  -Get the windows tinted
                  -Nice exhust tips

But basicaly other then what I listed above, I am keeping this car original right down to the original radio.

I always liked the 60s spike hood ornaments.

If you get lucky, you may be able to pull the vacuum lines off the headlamp switch and shoot some wd40 in the tubes to un-stick it. I've had that work for emissions solenoids before. If it doesn't work, it didn't cost much.
