      They must have moved it to the rearview mirror in later years. On my 79 it was in the driver's side headlight bezel (behind the door).

          Matt, 21 indicates the engine wasn't warmed up completely.
          34, there's carbon buildup on the EGR valve
          44, the passage on the back of the head is clogged
          94, the passage on the back of the other head is clogged.

                    it really isn't that bad. You can fix the smog code bs, when you pull upper intake to replace pcv valve, grommet and ancient rubber vacuum lines...

                      They don't do a sniffer in PA you can pass the emissions without the smog pump you just wont pass the visual, so take it to someone you know to pass it for you.

                        Yes they do. It depends on your county. Where he is, is an enhanced emissions county which means it goes on the dyno with a sniffer in the tail pipe. IN ADDITION to a visual anti tampering and safety inspection.
