      Find out when her court date is and show up with all your bandages, crutches, etc. If you can get in touch with the prosecutor ahead of time they might be glad to point you out to the judge. It might not make any difference, but at least the judge will be forcibly reminded of how close the drunk came to murdering you.

            Packman it should be in the OTB way back some where if it is stored up, part 2 is what happend with me and i was driveing ma's car the force of the impact almost shatterd her kneecap. She only got a bruse thank god.
