Back in the 80s, my neighber bought a 57 Chevy 4door that looked pretty rough. He worked on it in the backyard. I helped him solder his fuel gauge sending unit and redo his front end. His wife redid the upolstery and he had a relative that that worked a a dealership body shop spray the car turquise with a white roof. The paint job made the car. I gave him a set of 62 Impala SS spinner hubcaps that he ran for a while until he decided to put a set of Keystone Klassics on it.
I hope yours can be brought back to life. Buick parts are probably much harder to find than 57 chevy parts. A nice paint job may go a long way. At least it has its stock motor. Best of luck with it.
