    Replacing hood release"

    Just woundering is it hard to replace a hood release? Mine got cracked this moring because of the fucking cold any info would help

    Not really hard at all. I changed the vics no problem.

      You should just need the handle. Mine cracked off in the winter a few years back. I got tired of it slamming my hand while trying to release the parking brake (vacuum switch was broken then to) and got one at the junkyard. Its just held on with a pin.

        Does the handle actually seperate off the cable easily? I know the parking brake release does.

          My mistake, I was still think of the parking brake. I'll have a look and see what holds it on and post back later. Sorry about that.
