    Removing Speedo?

    i kant for the life of me get the damb thing out it wiggles around but wont pull dat far out...help me!

    squeeze the end of the speedo cable and pull it out. youll see theres gripps there.

      Cant get your speedo off? Dude, that is way to much information! Not to mention a very bad mental image.


      Seriously though, the speedometer cable is probably holding it like boxman said.

        I personally think it's a trap. The car is expecting you to remove the speedo....I saw this happen once on Oprah...

          can someone tell me where exactly the Speedometer Driven gear is?
          I couldn't figure out where mine was...I'm an idiot...I've had the right speedo gear for months and havent gotten it in.

            It's on the driver's side of the tailhousing...pretty obvious, I thought...but maybe not.
