    Late model GMQ dash kit

    As a graphic designer, the lack of continuity in the dashboard design bugged me. There are 3 different shades of grey, and the wood strip tries to balance, or distract from seeing that. Thought about pulling the wood strips out and painting them, but after seeing some pics of the dash with body color instead, had to rethink that. I found a Dash Kit on sale, with the MGQ burl fake wood digitally recreated. Here are some pics of the pieces installed. At first I did every thing but the radio surround. Then it looked out of balance without it.

    got any before pics? I'm not familiar enough with the late model interior to know whats changed exactly.

                    Go for it. The 3M adhesive on the back is some amazing stuff. Do not put much pressure on the overlays till you have them where you want.
