I didn't know the pen holder in the glovebox was a factory option. The Scab has one and I figured the PO must have added it. The Ice Car does not have one but it was built later (November 1990) than The Scab. Maybe it was a 1990 model thing and since the Scab was built so early in the 1991 model year (April of 1990) they were still adding it as an option. Or maybe it was a selectable option.
Nice looking car indeed, but missing the way-back seats is disappointing.

Your "pen holder", is actually the "key holder" for the wire wheel covers. WagonMan

Exterior color goes well with the wood. I could see myself in a color combo like that….but it would have to be at least an 89 or older. Nice car.

The car sold for $6K. Lets see how much the flipper is going to want for it. WagonMan

Lol, I never knew that. Since The Scab had turbines that holder makes a perfect pen holder. I hadn't seen that on any of the '90-'91s in the JYs around here and The Ice Car doesn't have it, so I always thought the PO/his grandma (original owner) added it. I wonder why The Scab (had '91 Turbines on when I bought it) and this wagon (I assume was built with those turbines) has that holder, but The Ice Car, also built with turbines doesn't (which makes sense). I suppose the dealer could have added the turbines to The Scab after they received it.

Well I am glad I learned something about the clip in the glove box. Wheel lock key holder makes sense. No more searching for it.
Interesting though, my 90 CV police car has one even though it does not have locking wheel covers.

I found this in the owners manual. I thought there was a pic, but I guess I was wrong. WagonMan

Yes. Never heard of this myself either. Cool to find out new things all these years later still
