98 Vic doesnt want to idle cold

where's this vac T at? I've gathered that it's the passenger side but i'm new to 4.6 foolishness

It's located on the passenger side of the engine, in the back. If I remember correctly it is attached to the PCV valve. I THINK. I can't check because there's no damn 4.6s here at Skippyville.
