seperate flange headers have major warpage issues. Scott and I were looking at a set he had sitting there, and the bolt holes aren't in anything close to a straight line. They'd be a real bitch to get mounted up. Maybe other brands are better but I've heard lots of bad things about MAC headers, and the set I saw that were all screwed up were MAC. Oddly factory stock headers are seperate flange and those puppies don't seem to have major warpage issues.
