Go with Flowmaster 50-series mufflers. I have one on my 2.9L Ranger 4x4. I don't really hear it in the cab with the windows up or down. It sounds good at idle outside the truck.

I'm going with original Flowmaster 40-Series mufflers (#42443) on my Grand Marquis. No Deltas here!!!

K, I settled on Dynomax Super Turbos and Impy tails. After I do the HO conversion, I'll upgrade to a set of aftermarket shorties, and an offroad H-pipe.

I'm actually thinking of 3" borlas... I can get them for 79 a pop...

How about 2.25" inlet Borla's? That would make more sense to me...

3" Magnapacks are cheaper and look better than the Borla's

I've considered those too. But I wanna do something different.

I'm also going to run full tailpipes. No side exits this time.

Side exits and mufflers (not glass packs) make things a little more difficult to do.

I'll stick with my Hookers! Hooker Aero chamber mufflers.

With the low ground clearance, i'm not going to be able to pull it off. Plus, I wanna run full muffs.

The glasspacks are ok for awhile, but there are times when you want a more sophisticated, cleaner sound.
