If you use the poly bushings, you can just torch the rubber out and shove new ones in. Vastly easier than pressing that stuff apart. The arm also won't try and fold in half on you, which is not especially fun.
My neighbor helped with changing the bushings out, he set the ball joint press up, hit the sleeve with a torch and slid the bushings out (on the lowers). Certainly easier to just burn'em out completely though I'm sure.
