    For whatever its worth to ya... I work at different car dealerships everyday and I have lots of experience with paintless dent repair guys. Overall it's a pretty good deal, they do a good job. It's inexpensive for what you get and generally they can get most dents out, or at least make them a bunch better.

    But, there are also plenty of hacks out there as well. If the dent is inaccessible, or inconvenient to get behind, they'll just drill a rough hole in a hidden spot to access the backside of the dent. Usually they do this in a door jamb to get at a quarter panel, or in a door frame to access a door skin. They just slap a rubber plug and some silicone in the hole and call it a day. Anyway, just look out for those kinds of charachters before you decide to get it done. Big reputable companies and ESPECIALLY car dealers employ guys like these too, it's not just little no-name operations.
